Solve people’s problems: make it easy for them (and not you): there’s a difference!

I suppose this applies not just to software design, but to any business/service that is bieng provided:

• People will like something if it means less work for them.

• And secondly: don’t hinder people from helping you: whether it means paying, or complaining, or improving your software. Make it as easy for them as possible.
