How to reference your AutoCAD COM interop assemblies?

I could not for the life of me find out how to reference the interop assemblies.

Then I stumbled upon this post by Stephen Preston:

It says all that one needs to know on the subject:

Now I can call AutoCAD from outside AutoCAD and can query the database and get things done. Woohooo!

1. Get the Dlls from the ObjectArx folder

2. Set the appropriate Copy Local settings and embed settings.
